PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Quinto is an iconic wine from our estate, primarily produced from a single plot of Cabernet Sauvignon planted in 2016. The region's favorable environmental conditions and the specific soil of this plot produce well-balanced grapes. We blend these grapes with those from our old Petit Verdot vines, capturing the essence of our terroir and revealing its exceptional potential.
Harvest conditions
The 2020 vintage began with a mild winter, followed by a rainy spring, promoting healthy vegetation. Accumulated water reserves were crucial during the hot, dry summer, with temperatures exceeding 40°C in July and August. Despite reduced yields, the 2020 grapes achieved exceptionally balanced quality.
